Atalaya is a privately owned duplex apartment overlooking Velilla beach and is fitted out to a very high standard. Two doubles plus a single bedroom, and situated overlooking Velilla beach slightly further along the sea front towards the east (20 - 25 mins walk along the sea side paseo to the very centre of town). Pool & tennis Court. up to 5 people.
Downstairs has a
kitchen,
large lounge / dining room with patio doors leading directly on to
the balcony with superb views over the sea towards Salobreña.
The balconies directly overlook the beach and have superb views of
the sea, where on occasions schools of dolphins can be seen, as well
as the fishing boats at night. One Twin and one single bed
room plus a separate bathroom & toilet.
Upstairs there is the main double bed room, with patio
doors leading directly onto the top terrace. The terrace has tables and chairs, sun loungers etc.
all supplied. Separate bath room and toilet. It has use of
the community pool and tennis court and is on the hill side
overlooking Velilla beach (around 70m above sea level). The
old town is just a 20 – 25 mins walk along the sea side paseo with a
wide variety of tapas bars, chiringuitos (beach bars) and
restaurants along the way, but returning you do have to come back up
the hill (or take a taxi for €8 if you don't fancy the climb).

Fully equipped for self-catering, with oven, hob, fridge /
freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc. They have a modern
fitted bathroom upstairs, as well as an additional separate bathroom
downstairs. The balcony & terrace face south overlooking the
beach and have superb views of the sea.

Self catering. Your apartment will be supplied with a complimentary welcome pack containing all the essentials you will need to get you off to a flying start. Typical contents will include tea, coffee, white & red (Rioja) wines, bread, fruit juice, milk, butter, bacon, eggs etc.
Welcome meeting & tapas, followed by evening meal & drinks in typical Andalucian restaurant on first night.
Ample parking available on street in the immediate vicinity.
