A fantastically situated modern comfortable house in a private residential community.  Sleeps up to 6 people.

Just two minutes stroll on to the beach at Puerto de Mar and only five minutes into the heart of the old town.  Enjoy full use of the communal swimming pool and tennis court, with a separate smaller pool and dedicated play area for youngsters, all within the private gardens.

The house is arranged on two levels, with access from the road and private garage on the top floor, along with a large roof top terrace with sun loungers, chairs, table  and BBQ area. 

All rooms are all of a good size, with two large double bed rooms (master bed room en-suite) and a further large twin bedded room to sleep up to six in comfort.  Separate shower room and toilet.

Very large lounge with sofas and easy chairs overlooking the garden area with ample seating for six.  Limited air conditioning is included, but as the casa is large a surcharge will be made for extended use, based on the actual amount of electricity consumed during your stay .

Huge fully equipped modern kitchen with table and chairs which leads onto a further small outside terrace.  Fully fitted with dishwasher, cooker, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, as well as ample cutlery and crockery and all cooking utensils supplied.

Separate BBQ area for those al fresco dinners under the star lit skies!

Welcome pack

On arrival the casa will be supplied with a complimentary welcome pack containing all the essentials you will need to get you off to a flying start.  Typical contents will include bottled water, white & red (Rioja) wines, bread, fruit juice, milk, butter, bacon, eggs, etc.

Suitability

 Superb choice for larger families or small groups.  Excellent situation close to beach and old town in private gated residential community.  Pets are not allowed.  Strictly no smoking. Great pick for self drive clients, with private garage, as well as further parking within the private community.
