Our fantastic luxury villa, Los Arcos,  is ideal for larger families or small groups of friends.  Superb for up to 6 in 3 bedrooms, with a further 2 possible on a sofa bed in bedroom 4. 

Situated on top of a hill, Los Arcos is a unique 3 bedroom detached Villa of 200 sq.m. has superb panoramic vistas, with an optional 4th bedroom (sofa bed).  It is south facing so benefits from the sun all day and has terraces from which you can watch the spectacular sunsets and the progress of the fishing boats and cruise ships passing by. Conveniently situated above the N340 it is only 10 minutes by car from the town of Almuñécar with its many restaurants, tapas bars, shops, a local fresh food market and is only 5 minutes from Playa Calabajo beach.

Outside

Large sheltered swimming pool (54 cubic m) with integrated lighting (heated by solar panels for all year round use) and sun beds.  The pool side terraces face south and get the sun all day.  Changing room adjacent to shower with sink.

The terraces are surrounded by palm trees and shrubs, as well as lemon, avocado, mango, banana, orange, satsuma and pomegranate trees.

A BBQ is also supplied for those long summer evenings.

Ground Floor

Super lounge / dining room (9.1 x 5.2 / 4.2m).  Satellite TV, DVD with surround sound installed. Large double glazed sliding doors fitted with electric roller shutters lead directly onto the top terrace, with stunning views out over the bay where you can watch the fishing boats at night and passing cruise ships in the day.

The dining room has a lovely log burning stove for winter nights.  The dining table seats 8 with a further selection of rustic furniture, sofas etc.

Fully fitted modern kitchen / breakfast room (5.3 x 2.9m) with granite work surfaces.  Fridge / freezer, eye level oven / grill, combi micro wave, 5 ring gas hob, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, iron & ironing board. Crockery & cutlery for 8 px.

Master bedroom (3.5 x 3.7m) with super king size bed (180x200) and walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom (3x2.9m) with full length bath as well as shower

Bedroom 4 / TV room (4.6 x 3.3) with satellite TV, wardrobe and double sofa bed (140 x 1.0)

Villa Los Arcos has marble floors and is double glazed with fly screens.  Ample crockery & glassware for use indoors, as well as plastic equivalents for use pool side.

There are two satellite / terrestrial TVs with a choice of Astra (UK) or other Euro channels.  2 DVD payers, video, stereo & board games. 

Bed linen supplied, plus hand & bath towel, though n.b. beach towels are not supplied.

The villa is fully cleaned and linen changed weekly on change over.

Suitability

Hire car essential.  Pets are not allowed.  Strictly no smoking.  Not suitable for children under 5 yrs.
