Yacht Charter- Africa, Morocco, Algarve, Gibralter

Extended skippered yacht charters to Africa, Gibraltar & The Algarve are available on the Morgan 45 &/or Beneteau Oceanis 40.

The Morgan is an American designed fin keel cutter rigged Bermudian sloop and is easy and comfortable to sail. All lines are lead aft to her large, safe centre-cockpit, which houses the range of electronic navigational equipment, including a colour chart plotter and auto helm.  She has roller furling headsails,  in-mast mainsail reefing, a cruising chute, an electric winch, radar, and full safety equipment.  An overhead bimini gives welcome shade from the hot afternoon sun, whilst the deck boasts a large sunbathing area to top up the tan.  When we are at anchor, you can cool down with a swim from the aft bathing platform or take a refreshing deck shower. The yacht’s inflatable dinghy with outboard is at your disposal to explore the coves or for trips ashore to the beautiful beaches along the coast. . 

The Beneteau is a 44ft modern aft cockpit Bermudan rigged sloop and is very well fitted out with all modern navigational aids, full safety equipment as well as hot & cold fresh water, showers and WC.  

African Coast  - Morocco - Skippered Yacht Charter

Cruises along the North African coastline of Morocco are also possible, subject to prevailing weather conditions.  Typically we will visit Melilla, which is a Spanish territory on the Moroccan coast.  It is a duty free zone, with a picturesque fortified old town, Melilla la Vieja, perched on the hill overlooking the port.  A fascinating mixture of cultures - Christian, Jewish, Moslem & Hindu - with their corresponding churches, mosques, synagogues and oratories all well worth a visit. 

Length of charters by arrangement, but a minimum of three - four days is required to allow time for exploring Melilla and experiencing the evening night life in the squares and markets. 

Gibraltar, Portugal & The Algarve cruises

Cruises west along the coast, passing Gibraltar to the Algarve and southern Portuguese coast are also possible.

These cruises are subject to a minimum duration of three days.  Max 4 persons per charter for comfort.

All charters include the following:

• Transfers to and from Marina
• Welcome drinks on arrival
• 3 meals per day onboard with refreshments
• Fuel
• Insurance
• Towels & bed linen
• Hire of sailing jackets and all safety equipment.

As a guide price the charters are €600 per day, but contact us to discuss your requirements.  Marina charges are in the area of €35 per night, with the exception of Marbella (Puerto Banus) which is approx €135.
