Location, location, location...

When you book a family activity, or adventure, holiday with teenagers be careful of the location.  Many activity holiday companies are based quite far inland or in the hills, which may be a bit too quiet for most teenagers who prefer a bit of "action" while away.  In Almuñécar we offer you the ideal location, as we have great beaches (26 at the last count!) & sea front paseos,  the historic old town, tapas bars & restaurants, a selection of modern shops, as well as easy access to the countryside & sierras - so there's something here for everyone - and no need for a hire car!

Music, Shops, Clothes...

All important to teenagers and we have a good selection in the commercial part of the town.  There is one specific section of the main beach which allows beach bars with music, as well as the Aqua Tropic water park which hosts a disco in the evenings.  The remaining chiringuitos (beach bars) are perfect for peaceful dining beside the sea.

Almuñécar has internet cafes, as well as Wi-Fi hot spots.  Hotel Najarra has Wi-Fi access in the hotel as well.

...Nightlife

Almuñécar is a traditional town with traditional values, where family life is a priority.  This means that teenage night life is never troubled by the problems seen elsewhere in the more commercialised holiday areas.  This makes the streets very safe for all ages.
