Booking Process

Step 1 – Check Flights

Please check for flight availability first – we recommend using skyscanner to do the heavy lifting for you. Just enter your local airport and they will work out all the possibilities. Don’t forget you can often save by using different carriers for the inbound and outbound journeys.

Step 2 – Check Availability

When you have decided on your flight dates and times simply complete our availability inquiry form. We will e-mail you back confirming room availability (we will try and offer other options if all the places have gone for your dates), the itinerary and exact price for your requested dates.

Step 3 – Booking

Ready to book? Simply review the booking terms, then complete our reservation request. We will check the accommodation is still free and if it is we will reserve it for you for 24 hrs while you book your flights and complete the booking form we will send you.

Return your completed booking form with your deposit of €150 per person to complete your booking (see Covid19 Booking Terms for details on refunds etc due to Covid restrictions). On receipt we will send you back confirmation of your booking, your deposit receipt and statement showing any balance payable, and your activity planner for everyone to select their choice of activities.

Choosing Your Activities

With your booking confirmation we send you an activity planer and a full set of notes to help everyone make their choices. When everyone has decided on their choice of activities, simply e-mail the completed planner back to us. We will then draw up your itinerary, book any excursion tickets required and reserve all the equipment you may need (we’ll send you back a copy of your detailed itinerary to check).

Paying The Balance

Approximately seven weeks before your holiday start date we will send you a reminder that the balance will be shortly due.

On receipt of the balance, which should be settled by six weeks before the departure date, we will dispatch your final receipt, local information pack and a final copy of your activity itinerary, along with your transfer details or driving instructions if self-drive.

Last Minute Bookings – If there are less than 6 weeks before departure date full payment is required. We regret we cannot take payments in UK £ for late bookings, due to the time required to clear into Euros, unless by prior arrangement.

Sports / Activity Holiday Insurance

Please ensure you have insurance cover for the activities you intend to do. If in doubt or you find you are not covered for some activities see our sports activity insurance cover.
